Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web3 Platform Token Operations Lead to design, execute, and optimize ecosystem strategies for our exchange-native token. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in crypto exchange token operations, familiarity with DeFi/GameFi projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the end-to-end ecosystem operations of the platform token, including tokenomics design, liquidity management, user growth, and partnership integration.
  2. Drive token utility expansion by collaborating with internal teams and external projects to implement use cases (e.g., trading fee discounts, staking, governance).
  3. Design and execute token-related campaigns (e.g., airdrops, staking rewards, community incentives) to boost holder engagement and brand visibility.
  4. Monitor token market performance and on-chain data, analyze user behavior and competitive trends, and iterate operational strategies.
  5. Explore collaboration opportunities with DeFi protocols and GameFi projects to innovate token utility scenarios.
  6. Align cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Business) to ensure token operations align with company goals.
  7. Lead the operations team, set OKRs/KPIs, and ensure high-quality execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background in blockchain or smart contract development.
  • Existing connections with DeFi protocols, GameFi communities, or exchange core user groups.
  • Proven success in driving token value growth (e.g., market cap increase, utility breakthroughs).

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in crypto exchange token or blockchain native token operations, with hands-on involvement in token launches, ecosystem development, or deflationary model design.
  2. Experience in DeFi/GameFi project operations, including liquidity mining, NFT economies, or DAO governance mechanisms.
  3. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (for global and regional collaboration), with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
  4. Data-driven mindset, proficient in on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Nansen) and dashboard management.
  5. Strong project management skills to orchestrate complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  6. Deep understanding of Web3 trends and a robust industry network.

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Lead to design, implement, and manage our total rewards programs in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compensation structuring, performance management, and incentive program design, coupled with strong project management skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align rewards strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance in a complex regulatory environment.

Job Overview 

  • Develop and execute competitive compensation frameworks, including salary benchmarking, job grading, and equity-based incentive programs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of performance evaluation systems linked to compensation outcomes.
  • Create innovative short-term and long-term incentive schemes to drive employee engagement and business performance.
  • Drive regional/global C&B projects including system implementations, M&A integrations, and process re-engineering.
  • Ensure adherence to Hong Kong labor ordinances, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Utilize HRIS tool to conduct predictive modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with regional HR teams, finance, and senior leadership to align rewards with organizational goals.
  • Oversee relationships with benefits providers, compensation survey partners
  • Develop clear guidelines and training programs to enhance workforce understanding of total rewards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years in C&B roles with 3+ years in leadership positions
  • Proven track record in job architecture design and performance-linked compensation
  • Advanced Excel modeling and HR analytics toolsExperience in HR consulting is highly advantageous
  • Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred
  • Cantonese and English proficiency; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of financial markets & products research experience. Those with extensive CFDs coverage experience will have priority. 
  • Candidates with less experience but with relevant business/financial/education/consulting experience will also be considered 
  • Excellent modeling and accounting skills required 
  • Hardworking, analytical, and an independent thinker 
  • Understanding and experience of marketing technology tools including email, youtube, social media, and webinar software tools 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Be responsible for the conceptual design of the core logic of investment products, able to clearly and accurately describe specific logical requirements, and deliver them clearly to the trading and algorithm teams for in-depth design of the solutions, then tracking the assessment results of profit and risk.
  • Under the premise of ensuring the commercial objectives of the product are achieved, refine the user experience during the product holding period, and be responsible for the holding experience of the end-users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in financial investment product management, especially in Copy Trading, MAM, and structured investment products.
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing financial investment products, particularly in user acquisition and market promotion.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment products, including Copy Trading, MAM, structured investment products, and other financial investment tools.
  • Strong grasp of product design principles, encompassing user experience, features, and system architecture.
  • Excellent project management skills to oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch.
  • Ability to independently design solutions, deliver high-fidelity product prototypes, ensure that the solution is compatible with our current system, and help the company achieve the required business objectives. Additionally, one must be able to skillfully switch to a beginner’s perspective, simplify and refine the user experience process, allowing users to start using the product effortlessly.
  • Aesthetic judgment is needed for the product’s appearance and experience. One must be able to judge whether the product’s design style and user experience are most suitable for different scenarios and business needs and be able to collaborate deeply with UI designers.
  • A basic understanding of finance is required, including the logic and process of asset pricing, and the mastery of fundamental risk quantification theories. The ability to use tools like Excel to design the logical prototype of the product is necessary. Knowledge of Python, DolphinDB, or other quantitative analysis tools would be a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proven track record in successfully developing and implementing IB rebate systems, particularly in commission calculations and payment channels.
  • In-depth understanding of the IB rebate and partnership field, including various commission structures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong grasp of product design principles, covering user experience, features, and system architecture.
