What You’ll Be Doing

The Customer Service Product Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies for online customer service, AI-driven customer support, and innovative customer service solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage technology to enhance service delivery.

Product Design and Planning

  • Develop and oversee the strategy, roadmap, and iteration plans for customer service products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Design comprehensive product solutions that incorporate online customer service, AI support, and innovative service features.
  • Ensure product design includes a variety of functionalities to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

Market Analysis and User Insights

  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and competitive landscapes, supporting informed product decisions.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, suggesting improvements based on insights.

User Experience and Operational Efficiency

  • Responsible for the overall user experience of customer service products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and effective.
  • Optimize operational processes for customer service solutions, covering all aspects from user acquisition to service resolution.

Collaboration with Development Team for Product Delivery

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure the timely delivery of customer service products based on market demands.
  • Coordinate with the development team throughout the product lifecycle to address technical challenges and adapt to changing requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Over 5 years of product management experience, focusing on customer service solutions and technologies.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing online and AI-driven customer service products.
  • Must be familiar with online customer service platforms and AI customer support tools.
  • Strong background in customer experience design, with the ability to create solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Excellent grasp of product design principles, including user experience, features, and system architecture.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and proposing effective customer service solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing market and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Investment Product Owner will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies related to financial investment products, ensuring these products meet market demands and remain competitive to drive user growth and business development, particularly in the areas of Copy Trading, Multi-Account Management (MAM), and structured investment products.

Product Design and Planning

  • Develop and oversee the strategy, roadmap, and iteration plans for investment products, specifically Copy Trading, MAM, and structured investment products.
  • Design comprehensive product solutions, including product features, user experience, and interface design.
  • Uncover and design the core operational logic of financial products.
  • Ensure product design encompasses a diverse range of features and functionalities to enhance market competitiveness.

Market Analysis and User Insights

  • Conduct market research to analyze user needs and competitive landscapes to support product decisions.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor the performance of investment products and suggest optimizations.

User Experience and Operational Efficiency

  • Responsible for the overall user experience of investment products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and secure.
  • Optimize operational processes for investment products, covering all aspects from user acquisition to conversion.

Collaboration with Development Team for Product Delivery

  • Work closely with the technical team based on market demands to ensure timely delivery of investment products.
  • Coordinate with the development team throughout the product lifecycle to address technical challenges and changes in requirements.

Closely Collaborate with the Trading and Algorithm Teams

  • Be responsible for the conceptual design of the core logic of investment products, able to clearly and accurately describe specific logical requirements, and deliver them clearly to the trading and algorithm teams for in-depth design of the solutions, then tracking the assessment results of profit and risk.
  • Under the premise of ensuring the commercial objectives of the product are achieved, refine the user experience during the product holding period, and be responsible for the holding experience of the end-users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in financial investment product management, especially in Copy Trading, MAM, and structured investment products.
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing financial investment products, particularly in user acquisition and market promotion.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment products, including Copy Trading, MAM, structured investment products, and other financial investment tools.
  • Strong grasp of product design principles, encompassing user experience, features, and system architecture.
  • Excellent project management skills to oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch.
  • Ability to independently design solutions, deliver high-fidelity product prototypes, ensure that the solution is compatible with our current system, and help the company achieve the required business objectives. Additionally, one must be able to skillfully switch to a beginner’s perspective, simplify and refine the user experience process, allowing users to start using the product effortlessly.
  • Aesthetic judgment is needed for the product’s appearance and experience. One must be able to judge whether the product’s design style and user experience are most suitable for different scenarios and business needs and be able to collaborate deeply with UI designers.
  • A basic understanding of finance is required, including the logic and process of asset pricing, and the mastery of fundamental risk quantification theories. The ability to use tools like Excel to design the logical prototype of the product is necessary. Knowledge of Python, DolphinDB, or other quantitative analysis tools would be a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and proposing effective product solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing market and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

The IB Rebate Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and management of rebate products related to partners, ensuring that these products meet global user needs and remain competitive in the market.

Product Design and Planning

  • Develop and oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and iteration plans for IB rebate products.
  • Design comprehensive product solutions, including collaboration processes, user experience, features, and system design.
  • Ensure product design encompasses a wide range of partner services, such as rebate calculations, payment processes, and settlement management.

Global Multi-Tier Partner Product Design

  • Responsible for designing IB rebate products for multiple countries, regions, and varying regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate various partner systems and solutions, including commission structures, incentive mechanisms, and other innovative collaboration methods.

User Experience and Operational Efficiency

  • Oversee the overall user experience of IB rebate products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and secure.
  • Optimize product operational efficiency, covering all aspects from partner registration processes to commission settlements.

Collaboration with Development Teams for Product Delivery

  • Work closely with development teams based on market, company, and business needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of competitive IB rebate products or systems, coordinating with the development team throughout the product lifecycle to address any technical challenges or requirement changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Over 5 years of experience as a fintech product manager, with at least 3 years related to IB rebate or partnership management. Experience with exchanges, securities derivatives trading platforms, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • A proven track record in successfully developing and implementing IB rebate systems, particularly in commission calculations and payment channels.
  • In-depth understanding of the IB rebate and partnership field, including various commission structures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong grasp of product design principles, covering user experience, features, and system architecture.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing the entire product development process from concept to release.
  • Chinese and English as the working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sincere, open, humble, and possessing a strong drive for progress.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to the ever-changing market and business needs.
